A DANCE FOR AFRICA
East Africa is suffering from the worst drought in 60+ years.
I came up with the idea to throw a party where people can donate what they want to get into the party and also tip in the bar into these containers from Red Cross. The Djs will donate their dj fee to Africa as well. After posting it on Twitter, my good homie and fellow dj / promoter Pelle responded, that he would like to help out.
Soon after that, we had the whole "meatpacking district" of Copenhagen behind us. That means four venues with full lineups from some of Cph´s best Djs who all play for free ! The lineup includes Trentemøller, Kenneth Bager, Eif, Sexy Lazer, Waqar, Christian d´Or, Tomas Barfod, Giana Factory and many more!

Sunshine Reggae
Terrible rainy weather outside and sunshine inside, here in Copenhagen today. Im going in the studio with Laid Back - the legendary Danish duo behind one of the best songs ever made: "White Horse". - At least its on my all time Top 5.
The aim is to make a track together for my next album - and I´m really excited about this collaboration!

Playgroup (Trevor Jackson) Party Mix - 2001
Im celebrating that Trevor Jackson is doing my next soloalbum artwork - and I just found a link on his Soundcloud to his brilliant "PartyMix" from 2001.
This Dj mix was/is a real favorite of mine and stood out in so many ways back then - it still does, actually!
Besides being a great Dj and Producer under the Playgroup moniker - Trevor is an amazing visual artist. Im really looking forward to what he will come up with for my forthcoming album.
